It is mandatory to clear CAT examination to seek admission at IIM Ahmedabad. The Institute considers CAT percentile for the admission to MBA, along with the understanding of the CAT percentile for IIM Ahmedabad that reached up to 99.6 in the past years which shows how challenging it is for a candidates to get admission to this Institute. Candidates are shortlisted for these programmes based on course-specific entrance exams, followed by shortlisting processes which generally comprise a Personal Interview (PI) round.

Yes, the CAT 2025 exam will be conducted in three shifts. Until 2019, CAT was conducted in two shifts and the exam duration used to be 180 minutes. However, in 2020, the number of shifts were increased to three and exam duration was reduced to 120 minutes in order to follow the social distancing guidelines for COVID-19. Since the COVID-9 pandemic appropriate behaviour had to be followed at public places and gatherings, the examination authorities increased the number of exam slots to ensure a limited number of candidates can be accommodated at any exam centre in a given exam slot by following social distancing and seating arrangement w

Yes, candidates can get into the Vidyasagar University MBA course with the CAT percentile. As per the admission guidelines of the university, candidates are shortlisted for the MBA course based on multiple national-level exams such as MAT/XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT. Candidates must make sure to apply for the entrance exams on their official website and secure valid scores.
Applicants must make sure to have a valid eligibility crietria for the CAT exam. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with minimum 50 % aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45 per cent aggregate for SC, ST and PWD/DA category) to appear in CAT 2025.

No, CAT is not compulsory for admission to AIMS Mumbai. Aspirants with a valid score in any of the accepted entrance exam such as XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAH CET, etc. can get admission provided they also fulfil the eligibility requirements. Candidates need to provide the entrance exam score in the application form. Once selected, candidates are required to participate in the counselling and document verification process.

Mewar University MBA course admission is entrance-based. Candidates must participate in national-level exams such as CUET-PG, MAT, CMAT, CUET, and MUEE. Therefore, candidates can get admission to the MBA course without a CAT score since candidates can opt for any on of the entrance exams mentioned above.

During CDAC C-CAT counselling process, the candidates will be allotted as per their obtained rank, preferences, category and seat availability. It is important for the candidates to select the correct order of preferences for allotment. The authorities will prepare the allotment list carefully after checking the different factors. The CDAC C-CAT seat allotment result will be announced online separately for every round of counselling.

No. The authorities will not allow fresh choice filling for the second round of CDAC C-CAT counselling. Candidates will have to make their selection during the first round of CDAC C-CAT counselling. No changes can be done once the choices are submitted. Fresh choice filling can be done only during the third round of CDAC C-CAT counselling process.

During the CDAC C-CAT counselling process, the candidates will have to choose their choice of courses before the last date. It is to be noted that the selection of courses has to be done in order of preference. This is important as order of preference will be considered for of seats allotment.

Yes. The authorities will conduct CDAC C-CAT counselling process online. All eligible candidates will have to register and fill out their choices at the official website. The authorities will announce the CDAC C-CAT seat allotment result online. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability.

CDAC C-CAT 2025 counselling process will commence on July 17, 2025. Eligible and qualified candidates will be able to fill out their choices for the CDAC C-CAT 2025 counselling until July 23, 2025. The selection of choices has to be done in the order of preference. For the third round, the choice filling process will be open from August 8 to 13, 2025. CDAC C-CAT 2025 seat allotment results will be declared online separately for every round.
