In such a scenario, candidates need to take the assistance of their schools. The school will then ask for their name, section, or any other requisite details which will help trace their roll number. In case they are unable to reach out to the school, they may contact their classmate whose Roll Number is before or after them. Thereafter, retrieve the Roll Number by adding or subtracting 'one' from the last digit of the Roll Number. The board also shares results via email.
