First know her interested course. There are many options. If she feel uncomfortable in IIT coaching, give her space and let her choose a good career. Other than IITs, many state board entrance exams are there and university entrance exams also there. Help her in choosing.

Yes, you can pursue as the eligibility to pursue the course is 10th pass so a 10th pass student can pursue this course.
The duration of the course varies from institute to institute and hence the average duration is 5 months and the fee also varies starting from 10k+.
