I want to recommend you to take up any subjects like arts, Science or commerce in class 11th and class 12th. Then, you may do Bachelors in business administration or business management and then few years of experience followed by MBA. That will be a good career route.

Since it a service industry and very customer oriented, I have heard few people complain about extended hours of work and even on holidays at times. It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation from the best institute. Being an IIT, this institution admits students based on your score in JEE Advanced. IIT's accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th and you should have scored at least 75% in Diploma to be eligible.

You should go for Diploma or degree courses offered from various fashion designing college, which you want to pursue from.

You will need to enroll for class 11th and class 12th as a year pre university course under any board of choice.

You can do PGD course from Amity University or Annamalai University, as both are internationally valid and PGD takes 1 year. So, it would be a better option if you go with any university from these two.
