Nanotechnology after class 10th is your query. Right? Presently at least the syllabus for class 11th and class 12th is tightly controlled by the states or the CBSE, and there could be a chapter on nanotechnology, but definitely it will not be a full-fledged subject. Nanotechnology is a much specialized branch and presently it is available at the post-graduation level only.
