Physical features:Pleasing personality, clear complexion (scars, pimples and blemishes not acceptable) and good eyesight

For engineering, you need to have passed your 12th class or diploma in engineering after 10th and yes, you can pursue engineering after 3 years from your 10th and do a job after it.
