Yes, surely, you can study abroad but you have to meet admission requirements like your academic grades, you must take the IELTS or TOEFL, some countries even need a GRE score for Masters. You should also personally contact the universities before they apply. It is always advisable to get in touch with the universities directly, shows that you are serious.
