If you want to go for Diploma its better to do after 10th as Diploma has 3 years and nowadays it has become necessary to go for degree too after Diploma so if you later wish to go for a degree programme then it would just elongate the years if you do Diploma after 12th.

You can join Diploma courses in fashion designing, but it is not that good and will not be useful to you. My advice is to pass in class 12th with good percentage, and then try for NIFT exam. In this, you have a chance to get admission in best government colleges. I am saying this, because this course is still growing and it is not at peak like of B.Tech, MBA, etc.
