Hi,
As you have scored pretty well in your 10th, 12th, and B.Tech, you have the chance of getting call from IIT NIT and other good colleges. As your CAT percentile is 58.19 and you are from OBC back ground you can expect call from NIT and other good colleges for MBA. You can have chances in NIT Rourkela, it could accept the score as you are from OBC background and it has two procedures for selecting candidates which are it selects candidates based on performance in group discussion and candidates performance in personal interview. If you perform well in both then you have the chance of getting admission in NIT.

Complete your course regularly. Means if you are directly going for 12th as a private candidate then your result won't be acceptable for medical admission if you want to do medical degrees. When you are giving 12th standard you should be of 17 years running. This is basic rule of school education department.

You first give daily 2 hours for English. In that you learn one chapter+one noble summary+and some last year question of that chapter and then you can go to your weakest subject daily for 5 hours by practising with last year's question.

Please check for your eligibility or qualification to appear for NEET 2018 from the criteria mentioned below:
Examination: Candidates should have qualified 12th or equivalent exam.
Subjects: Subjects Should be Chemistry, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology with English as a compulsory subject.
10+2 appearing students are also eligible to apply.
Marks Required: In the qualifying exam (PCB group), students should have obtained at least 50% marks for general, 45% marks for general-PH and 40% marks for SC/ST & OBC.

Hi Amit,
Yes, you may be eligible for FMS Delhi but you will have to score extremely high in CAT to have a shot at FMS Delhi. Target for 99.8+ percentile.
