Yes, you are eligible to get into IcfaiTech School, B.Sc with 70% in class 12th. But, the admission criteria for IcfaiTech School's BSc programme includes the ATIT Exam scores as well. As far as my research goes, you can definitely take a direct admission at NRAI School of Mass Communication. Ths institute offers BJMC, MJMC, certificate and Advanced Diploma courses in various specialisations. The minimum eligibility required for admission to BJMC is Class 12 with 50%. And, candidates can directly apply on the official website of the institute for enquiry regarding admission. Candidates must also ensure to fulfill the entry requirements to take admission to a certificate programme.

The chances of getting admitted in BSD - Bangalore School of Design for B.Sc. with 65 percentage in 12th is quite impossible, but the cutoff keeps changing, so if you are really lucky then the cutoff for that particular course may be65 but looking at the past cutoff it is nearly impossible. Keep trying to score more marks in your competive exams and there are other colleges to consider even if you don't get selected into this college, don't lose hope so soon.

Yes, there are chances that you can get B.Tech at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Science and Technology with 60% in CBSE 12th.

The eligibility criteria is that a candidate should have atleast 45% aggregate in 12th .

The admission to the institute is entrance based. Candidates are offered admission to B.E. courses in the institute on the basis of the scores obtained in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET which is a state level entrance test.
