Yes, CMA (Certified Management Accountant) generally accepts students from PSEB (Punjab School Education Board) 12th Commerce without a Maths background. While mathematics is helpful for some aspects of the CMA course, it is not a mandatory requirement for admission.

Yes, to do BCA at DSEU, you must have studied Mathematics in 12th grade. You also need at least 50% overall in your 12th and your CUET score. Having Informatics Practices instead of Maths won't meet the requirement.

If you are failed in West Bengal 12th boards, you cannot take admission in CBSE Class 12 without clearing Class 11 in a CBSE-affiliated school.

CBSE does not allow direct entry into Class 12 unless you've passed Class 11 under its curriculum.

You can either repeat class 12th in West Bengal Board, take compartment exam, or switch to open schooling which is more flexible.

You do not always need NEET for B.Sc Nursing admission.

Many colleges give admission based on your 12th class marks (especially if you had Physics, Chemistry, and Biology).

Some colleges may take their own entrance test.

Only a few government colleges or top institutes may ask for NEET.

So yes, you can get admission with your CBSE 12th score in many colleges

Yes, if you wish to do your class 12 along with your graduation, then you can definitely complete your 10 + 2 from NIOS board. NIOS is one of trusted open schooling platform and if you pass the 10 + 2 from this is schooling system, then you will be eligible to use your marksheet for any examination as the institute is Government of India recognised.

If you fail in more than one subject, you can't give compartment exam, so you have to reappear for the 12th board exam. You cannot reappear for only three subjects. You have to appear for all the subjects.

You might get little problem if you have not studied Physics and chemistry in class 11th and 12th as the first year of BCA would have Engineering Physics and Chemistry, however if you are so keen into doing it then I can suggest GL Bajaj for it. You can pursue your BCA then MCA for masters from here as MCA placements are better than B.Tech students and yes there are options for specialization so you can opt for AI and ML too.
