Yes, NITs will accept your improved score only if you have only 73% in your 12th borad. You are adviced to appear for improvement exams only if you are from general category as the minimum requirement to appear for JEE is 75% for general. But if you are from other category such as SC/ST, you need not to appear for improvement exam as you're already eligible for JEE. So the answer of your question is yes, the NITs will consider your improved score only and you're adviced to appear for improvement exam only if you're from general category.

Which Students should give Improvement Exams? -If you have PASSED (in all 5 major Sub) the Board Exams but you are not Satisfied with your Marks and Note that Improvement Exams are only allowed for the interval of 1 year. If you are a student of 2022-23 or later Batch you can not give Improvement in 2025.

The university usually starts its admission process in May or June after the Class 12th results are announced.
The application form is available online on the official website of Presidency University.
It may also take some time after application within a month there will be exam and may be after 15 to 20 dys there will be results and qualified will be going through councling which may take like 1 week and then submitting required documents if you selected.

Yes, you can get admission to BBA courses at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, if you have done Class 12th from the NIOS board. To be eligible for the course, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12th in a relevant stream. Although both the institutions are one of the best institutions for preparing for IPMAT and CUET during 12th. But if we compare both of these, Pratham is slightly better than IMS. IMS is a well known institutions known specially for MBA and other competitive exams but the faculty of Pratham is slightly better. Although it depends on the personal decisions of the student and the decision should be taken after comparing all the factors such as fees, infrastructure and your convince also. Overall both the institutions are almost same only.
