Yes, with a 75 percentile in the CBSE Class 12, you have a strong chance of being admitted to the IMS Noida programme. Although the specific cut-off for the BHM programme is unavailable at IMS Noida, a score of 75 percentiles in the CBSE Class 12 is typically regarded as competitive and puts you in a strong chance to get selected. Additionaly, the institute conduct an entrance exam followed with a interview round for admission. So, candidates also need to score good in JET exam.

ICSE is very tough whereas CBSE is a lot easier than ICSE. ICSE students definitely will have higher intellectual than CBSE students. So, till class 10th go for ICSE. In class 12th, you can switch to CBSE if you are planning for JEE, so you don't have to focus on class 12th as the CBSE syllabus is very easy. You can completely focus on JEE needs.

As everyone chooses CBSE, so there will not be a problem in future, if you choose CBSE. First of all of you are aiming for NDA then choose physics and mathematics and also you should start preparing good for your English. NDA written is less tough than NDA SSB. So do focus on your physical and group discussion skills. Do solve a lots of reasoning problems as majority gets rejected on the first day of reasoning and GD. But I am not advising you to focus on SSB only do focus on your boards and NDA written paper.
