The organising body for CCMN 2026 has not been officially announced yet. Earlier it was organised by NIT Warangal for CCMN 2025.

The document verification will be done by the verifying officers of the participating institutes only in the online mode. In case of a doubt/query regarding the documents, the Document Verifying Officer will raise a query to the candidate, against which, the

CCMN 2026 notification for the acadmeic session 2026-2027 has not been officially annonced yet. But it is expected that it will be releasing in the second week of May 2026, tentatively on the official website. CCMN will be announcing the notification that will comprise the counselling process 2026 schedule and information brochure for the same.

CCMN Application form for the counselling process will be out in the fourth week of May 2026, tentatively. Students who will appear for the IIT JAM 2026 examination and wishes to take admissions in the MSc/ MSc Tech degree porgrammes offered at NITs, IIEST Shibpur and some CFTI institutes need to fill out the CCMN 2026 online application cum counselling form.
Students are advised to read this brochure carefully and visit the CCMN website regularly for all the updates regarding the counselling process.

Applicants are advised to check the "Special Eligibility Conditions" page on the CCMN website.
Students need to examine the page attentively as the conditions of a particular programme may be on more than one row and scattered at the different parts of the page.
Candidates can also check the official website of the respective participating Institute to know further details of their programmes.

Locking is the process of the final submission of choices in CCMN counselling. Once the choices are locked, they cannot be further modified/edited.
Before locking, please applicants are advised to ensure that they are satisfied with their order. Also, applicants need to ensure that they are fulfilling special eligibility conditions all their choices if any.
