While choosing ‘Change of Willingness’ option in CCMN counselling, candidates have to surrender the allotted seat and participate in the next rounds of counselling. The other institute options they opted for during the registration and seat locking process, apart from the allotted seats will be carried forward.
In case of selecting the option of Withdrawal, candidates will have to withdraw or surrender the allotted seat. In doing so, they will not be able to participate in further rounds of the counselling process but can apply in Special Rounds as fresh candidate by paying the required fee.
