No. The Registration fee of CCMN is non-refundable. If applicants do not secure the minimum marks/CGPA, their seat allotment would be cancelled even if they are provisionally admitted to a specific institute.
Hence students are advised to ensure that they are fulfilling all the necessary parameters before filling the CCMN 2025 application form.

The list of available programmes depends on the eligibility of a candidate under qualifying degree discipline and her/his JAM paper.
Students first need check her/his eligibility and then proceed with filling in the CCMN application form. While selecting the qualifying degree discipline from the dropdown menu, one must check all the available options before choosing one.

Applicants’ eligibility will not be verified during the CCMN application process. It will be checked during the CCMN counselling document verification process. In case a candidate does not fulfil eligibility criteria, their candidature will be cancelled and the application fee will not be refunded.
Hence one must be careful and read all the important instructions and necessary documents before filling the application form.

Candidates can complete the CCMN 2025 registration process in multiple stages, it is not required to complete it in one go. However, applicants must ensure that they save each section of the CCMN application form before closing the website or logging out for the time being.
After the CCMN registeration is done, students need to download the applicantion's reciept for future reference.

The CCMN 2025 application fee for the General, General-EWS and OBC candidates is INR 3,500 and that for the reserved category candidates is INR 3,000.
Earlier it used to INR 500 less for both categories but it is increased this year. The official notification are out and details are updated on the page.

Applicants who want to appear in CCMN counselling must have an understanding of terms like willingness, withdrawal etc.
Candidates will have to accept the offer or opt for 'change the willingness' or 'withdraw' the interest within six days of releasing the allotment order.
Failing this within six days might result in rejection and applicants will not be entitled to get any seat.

Applicants while filling the CCMN counselling application form, should fill the choice of instititute or programme only those in which they are certainly interested. One must refrain from casual or take-a-chance approach.
Once a seat is allotted, students must follow the due procedure to take admission in the respective institutes.

The first round of seat allotment of CCMN will be out in the fisrt week fo June 2025, tentatively. The official dates of first round of CCMN seat allotment were released on the official notification.
After the first allotment is done, the document verifying officer will notify the applicants to further participate in the counselling process.
In case applicants don't get a seat in first seat allotment then can further apply for the next round of allotment.

Applicants are advised to contact the IIT JAM exam conducting authority to obtain a score card as it is a compulsorily document required to be uploaded for document verification after allotment of a seat.
In case of missing of IIT JAM score the candidature of applicants can be rejected at any stage of admission process.
