Applicants while filling the CCMN counselling application form, should fill the choice of instititute or programme only those in which they are certainly interested. One must refrain from casual or take-a-chance approach.

Once a seat is allotted, students must follow the due procedure to take admission in the respective institutes.

Applicants are advised to check the "Special Eligibility Conditions" page on the CCMN website.

Students need to examine the page attentively as the conditions of a particular programme may be on more than one row and scattered at the different parts of the page.

Candidates can also check the official website of the respective participating Institute to know further details of their programmes.

While filling the application of CCMN counselling, students can choose as many choices as they wish to choose from the list of eligible PIs and programs.

The online system of choice filling has been designed in such a way that it will display only those choices to candidates for which they are eligible, as per the eligibility degree, discipline, and JAM exam score.

While choosing ‘Change of Willingness’ option in CCMN counselling, candidates have to surrender the allotted seat and participate in the next rounds of counselling. The other institute options they opted for during the registration and seat locking process, apart from the allotted seats will be carried forward.

In case of selecting the option of Withdrawal, candidates will have to withdraw or surrender the allotted seat. In doing so, they will not be able to participate in further rounds of the counselling process but can apply in Special Rounds as fresh candidate by paying the required fee.
