What is the procedure for preparing the CEED result?
Result of CEED is prepared by giving weightage to CEED Part A and Part B. Part A will carry 25% marks. Part B will carry 75% marks. Final score is calculated using a formula.
CEED Final Score = 0.25 x Marks obtained in Part A + 0.75 x Marks obtained in Part B.

How will the CEED 2027 qualifying cut-off be calculated?
CEED 2026 qualifying cut-off for Part A is calculated using the formula µ + (σ²) = δ
µ (mu) is the average marks obtained by all candidates in Part A
σ (sigma) is the standard deviation of the marks obtained by all candidates in Part A
δ (delta) is the qualifying cut-off mark for Part A.

The scorecard for CEED 2027 is meant only for admission to the M.Des program offered by participating and result-sharing institutes. It cannot be used as a proof of birth. Further, the scorecard will also not be a legal document that can be used as a category or disability certificate.

No, IIT Bombay will not send the hard copies of CEED 2027 Scorecard. The scorecard of CEED will be issued only in online mode. The candidate has to download it from the CEED admission portal - ceed.iitb.ac.in. To download the scorecard, log in by entering your email id and password.
