Bachelors in Architecture B.Arch needs Mandatory NATA/JEE paper 2 exam qualification in all colleges across India. Construction technology may not have NATA mandatory, since it is not a B.Arch programme.

Yes, you can join. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers M.Plan with specialisation in Environment planning, Housing, Regional planning, Transport planning and Urban planning. The eligibility criteria for M.Plan is regular BE/B.Tech in B.Arch. / B. Plan. Or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate. The admission are based on performance in GATE/Entrance test and interview. Further CEPT University also offers M.Plan in following as Urban, Infrastructure, Transport system and Housing. CEPT Entrance Exams pattern is held in offline mode. It is different for different courses. The types of questions asked in CEPT Entrance Exam are mixed, including both MCQ and subjective questions. There is no negative marking in the test. Candidates need to carry their ball point pen and pencil with themselves in the exam hall.
