Hi Pradyumna, you'll need to apply on www.ceptadmissions.in. The UG Admissions are open and the last date is 23rd June 2019.

Yes, you may have a chance under the OBC category with 93.3 percentile in JEE paper 2 and 66.2% in 12th. But it would also depend on number of OBC category students with higher percentile applying for SPA Delhi.

You are not eligible for Interior design course but you can apply for BUD and B.Des. (BPS).
