CEPT University

CEPT University, formerly the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology, is an educational institute located in Ahmedabad. The Faculty of Architecture was established as the School of Architecture in 1962. The university was approved by the UGC in 2007. The school of architecture of CEPT offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in architecture newly B.Arch and M.Arch. The M.Arch has some specializations like urban design, architectural design, history, theory and criticism and conservation. Ph.D in architecture is also offered.
The university has a good amount of infrastructure and also has collaborations with few international universities. It has well experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who are aimed at providing good quality education.
The college offers many opportunities for internship programmes which will be very helpful for the students to gain practical knowledge in the field. Some of the recruiters were Crisil, Liases Foras, Feedback Infra, and few other companies. The graduates were also offered good packages. The average was around 3-5 LPA.
