BCA is Bachelor's in Computer Application. So ofcourse it is a Bachelor or graduation degree. And you are eligible for all the graduation level exams after BCA

No I don't thik that it's a problem. Rather it will help you alot as you will be well equipped already for the challenges of exam. Moreover, SSC syllabus is very basic. It will help you in your course curriculum also.
