The only similarity is that both contain Quantitative aptitude and English but the level of GRE is as per the international standard so it might not give you the same practice. You may try some sample papers of ssc cgl and see.

The interviewers are bound to follow some guidelines of marking while interviewing. They are bound to give certain minimum marks for various achievements or academic distinctions. eg. A person who has got 1st div with distinction is bound to get certain minimum mark similarly a minimum mark is set for aspirants who have additional degrees say professional experience. Please Note it is your distinction that counts and not your institution.

Hello dear, dont leave studies. If you take admsn in a good bschool u wl get equal oppurtunity to work in corporate sector even if you couldnt make it to government sector. An academic professional course wl always give u a support which will make u free secured and u can compete cgl more freely. So it is suggested to join a decent bschool and also try cgl.
