SNU Chennai offers a three-year PhD course in various specialisations of Engineering/ Technology, Commerce, Management, Science and Humanities. The course is available in the following modes:

• PhD – Full Time
• PhD – Part Time
• Direct PhD in Engineering

The total fee for BCom at SNU Chennai is INR 6.75 lakh, which includes the tuition fee for all academic years. Other charges such as refundable caution deposit (one-time) & admission fee (one-time) are also payable at the time of admission. Hostel, mess, and transport charges are applicable only if the students avail of these facilities.

Class 12 in Commerce stream with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics, Commerce & Accountancy as mandatory subjects is the basic eligibility for BCom at SNU Chennai. Candidates with Arts/ Science stream can also apply for the programme. 

The students wanting to take admission in a BTech course must meet the eligibility criteria. For the SNU Chennai BTech admission, the students must be Class 12 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. During form filling, the students must have the important documents.

The mode of application at SNU Chennai is online. Aspirants can register and fill out the application by visiting the university website (snuchennai.edu.in). Further, candidates applying to various courses need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1,500 for the application form. Only the students who submit application on time will be eligible to take the entrance exam.

SNU Chennai offers five courses, namely BTech, BSc, BCom, BCom (Professional Accounting), and PhD.
