Yes, you can apply for TNEA. Seat for other states student are less and also every college under TNEA don't provide seat for other state students.

You can apply for the admission in this college if you sought education from class 8th to class 12th from Tamilnadu. Otherwise not.

You can apply for TNEA exam, but you have to go to Tamil Nadu for giving this exam. Cutoff may be higher for other state candidates.
