I don't know about Chitkara College, However being LPU alumni, I would recommend LPU. Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT and Interview or Completed Company Secretary (CS) from Institute

Chandigarh University is one of the leading university in north India now. I can give you a better review as i have spent my 5 precious years.
