No, Christ Academy Institute of Law admissions are not merit-based. The institute accepts students on an entrance basis only. Students have to either submit valid CLAT scores or appear for the institute-level test.

Christ Academy Institute of Law awards the available scholarships to UG/PG & other course students as financial help. The below-mentioned is the requirement for fee waivers /scholarship at Christ Academy Institute of Law:
- Those students with above 75% marks in the semester tests are given 50% tuition fee waiver for that semester (i.e., 25% of the yearly tuition fee).
- Those who have secured above 80% marks in the semester exams are offered full tuition fees waiver for the semester (i.e., 50% of the yearly tuition fee)

At the undergraduate - UG level, the Christ Academy Institute of Law has 5-yr integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB, & other courses available for students.
