Hello,Will leaving a seat in VIT Vellore was a bad choice but yes with your percentile and your rank you can apply for Central University but it is better if you re-join the VIT.

No, the CUET score is not mandatory for admission to the School of Open Learning, the University of Delhi undergraduate and postgraduate courses. DU SOL admission to UG courses is based on candidates' performance in their Class 12 examination. For postgraduate courses, 50% of the total intake will be filled by direct admission of the students of the University of Delhi. Rest 50% of the seats will be filled through entrance examination and interview/ group discussion if any.

The selection in different courses either UG or PG is done through the scorecards and ranks in the Gurugram University Entrance Exam and for a few courses, the admission is based on merit. Check the application forms on the college website and then it would depend on your course.

No, CUET is not compulsory for admission to Bachelor of Technology at YMCA University of Science and Technology. However, Jee mains and LEET exam compulsory for admission to B.Tech/B.Tech Lateral at YMCA University of Science and Technology.
Also, CUET is only required for Central universities.
