BHU B.Sc. Nursing admission is done on the basis of the NEET exam. The NTA will conduct the NEET exam on May 07, 2023, to offer B.Sc. Nursing Admission. So one can not qualify for BHU B.Sc. Nursing without NEET.

Yes, the university accepts national-level entrance exams like SAT India or CUET for admission to BBA courses. Besides, candidates must pass Class 12 with at least 55% aggregate (best of three subjects) or with a minimum score of 24 in IB Board to apply for BBA admission.
