You have to qualify IIT JEE exam to take admission in B.Tech. However, there are many state universities/colleges/private universities which offer lateral entry to second year B.Tech students.

You have to qualify tests like GRE or TOEFL in order to pursue higher studies abroad. You have to apply separately for the colleges and universities. You may not get a scholarship to pursue your Master's degree abroad.

You can appear for SSC, UPSC or State PSC exams. You can get good job opportunities in PSUs after qualifying GATE exam or any other exam conducted by different public sector undertakings.

obviously IIT are the best. but to get chance in it is equally too tough. according to TOI survey, SRM is the best ranked private college for B.Tech in India. So u can try there.

There is a vast difference in terms of education standards, infrastructure, education flexibility, global exposure, networking and so on. Additionally students are exposed to newer subjects and courses unheard of before. There are several other factors. Most universities in US are reputed worldwide, infact USA is home to majority of the best universities in the world. Hope it helped.
