Well it depends on what is your career aim.before deciding to join any thing you must know the exact job profile. so if you have already researched about it, from career growth point of view, CR or PV career is very satisfying, both in terms of money and honor.

In my opinion there is no difference. its only a marketing terminology. Sometimes in order to justify the fees that the institutes charge, they divide their own course as basic and advance course. while considering admission you have to look at the following points
1. Faculty
2. syllabus
3.Library faci

I suggest you complete a course in clinical operations You can later on start working as CRC in hospital site. Getting in to pv or CDM will have your age as a limiting factor.

you being a doctor you will have wide options.if you like a job that calls for lot of activities and variety of functions. Opt for clinical operations. this is a hospital based job or you could work with a CRO or pharma sponsor. If you like a job in IT company, you should learn CDM or Pharmacovigila

in my opinion your interest is most important. if for some reason you want to quickly settle in life clinical research field is better
