There can't be one single book. English needs a steady improvement being our Second Language. Much depends on our career needs. If we are in a competitive field, we need good English and an observation of present-day trends. So, gather your material and refresh your knowledge from time to time.

Collect all the old questions papers and analyse what type of questions are asked then start noting down the chapters one by one as per your interest. Start practicing all those chapters. Read newspaper, books and other stuff to increase your GK, vocabulary, etc. Also, read case studies for better reference.

Join Mocks, IMS is good for concept builders, TIME/IMS mocks are good, give mocks as many as you can. Start building your basics with books by Arun Sharma/ RS Aggarwal for quant/LR/DI/Verbal. For vocabulary, you can go for Word Power made Easy(Norman Lewis).
All the best.

Keep your basic knowledge clear on maths learned in class 9-10th. Practice more problems for verbal. DI/LR also needs patience and practice. Try solving previous year's papers.
