First, you have to apply to PRSU - MBA Programme then you can update your CMAT Score I would suggest don't wait for the last moment to fill out the application form, anyhow try to fill it out as soon as possible.

Yes, you can apply through CMAT scores. PUMBA accepts CAT/CMAT/MAH-CET scores for admissions into the MBA program.

To put it in simple terms, MBA refers to a management degree issued by a University and PGDM refers to Post Graduate Diploma in Management offered by a private college or university, affiliated by AICTE.
