Eligibility for admission to CMR Institute of Technology for M.Tech:

You must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 50% aggregate in all semesters. For SC/ST candidates from Karnataka, the minimum aggregate is 45%. You may also be eligible if you have an AMIE in the relevant branch or an equivalent qualification.

Entrance exam: You must appear for the GATE or PGCET exam. The PGCET is conducted annually by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

As per the CMRIT cutoff 2023, Karnataka PGCET Counselling concluded after the Round 2 Seat Allotment for admission to MBA/ MCA courses.

As per Round 2, MBA cutoff 2023 stood at 3626 for the General AI category, whereas for Round 1, the cutoff was 2874.
