There will be no negative marking in the CMRUAT. The CMRUAT examination encourages candidates to maximise their attempts in order to increase their chances of achieving a high score. Each question in the paper is mandatory and holds a value of one mark. The question format is objective, specifically multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
