Of course it is possible to join the School of Architecture, CMR University, for the Ph.D. without being compelled to sit for CMRUAT (CMR University Admission Test). The university accepts external entrance exams like:The university accepts external entrance exams like:

If you have a valid score in any of these exams you have the option to directly apply for a Ph.D. course. Yes, you can take admission in the School of Economics and Commerce at CMR University for a B.Com programme without CMRUAT. Admission inthe B.Com program does not require CMRUAT.
The admission are on the basis of your 12th class marks
