Typically, MHT CET results are published 40-50 days after the exam. For example, in 2024, the exam was scheduled for the first week of May 2024 and the results were announced on 10th June 2024. In 2025, the exams are scheduled for 9th to 17th of April and the results are expected to be released by 17th June. Results are declared through a scorecard, containing the cumulative score, and rank of the candidate. Based on the result, candidates are eligible for a centralized counselling process (CAP) for seat allotment at SVPM or other participating colleges.

Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering offers scholarships based on merit and certain criteria, but it does not provide a 100% scholarship for all students. The scholarships are typically awarded to students based on their performance in entrance exams, academic achievements, and other factors.
The institution offers various merit-based scholarships and financial aid programs, but they usually cover a percentage of the tuition fees rather than the entire amount. For specific scholarship details and eligibility criteria, it's recommended to check with the college's official admissions or scholarship department.
