Your score is not good enough for you to get a government college but you can still try to get a private one. You can only get into a deemed university/college with higher fee margins (18lakh+ pa) and that too in the final mop up round (manual round) if at all you get.

Candidates seeking admission to MBBS at Kozhikode Medical College must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% to meet the basic eligibility criteria for admission. As per the Government Medical College Kozhikode 2022 cutoff, the NEET UG Round 1 cutoff stood at 1555, where as the Round 2 cutoff rank was 3030 for the General category students. Yes. You can submit the documents later to get recognised as an OBC candidate but this won't change your seat. This will only help you gain fee benefits given to OBC students from the next year.

No, you can not take admission in B.A. MS without giving NEET. The criteria to get into B.A. MS course is through NEET UG only, it doesn't matter if you have completed BPT you need to qualify NEET to get into B.A. MS course.
