Dear Student, With your Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank and category, you have very less chances to get G Pull Reddy College as per last year cut off data base [last year cut off for CSE was 6586]. But, you can get the following colleges through your rank based on the previous records :
SRK Institute of Technology, Vijayawada-32416
PACE Institute of Technology and Sciences, Ongole-32602
Devineni Venkata Ramana and Dr Hima Sekhar MIC College of Technology, Krishna-33591 etc. But, Let me remind you. Every year the cut off depends on the following factors :
Seat Matrix
No of students appeared for the exam
Difficulty level of questions etc.

Assuming you are from unreserved category, there is no chance of you getting an agriculture seat, as the cutoff ranges from 4000-5000 rank every year. If you have any category, then there might be a chance of you gettung the seat.

Your rank of 19,000 in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is a decent rank, and with your SC category rank of 1600, you have a good chance of securing admission in a government agriculture college in Andhra Pradesh. However, the availability of seats may vary from year to year, and it also depends on the cutoff ranks for that particular year and the college you are interested in. I would recommend that you check the official website of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) for the cutoff ranks for government agriculture colleges in Andhra Pradesh in the previous years, as this can give you an idea of the rank range required for

A ranking 20000 to 25000 is considered good to get MBBS seat in govermemt or reputed private medical colleges. So have moderate chances.
