The update regarding the cut off was expected this week and these admissions are done for B.Tech at ICFAI University Tripura provided that the candidates have completed their 10+2 with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English for reserved category it's 40%. Besides, the candidate has to clear the ICFAI Tech School Admission Test (ITSAT) or any national level entrance test like JEE Main/ Advanced. There are no minimum actual ranks mentioned for ITSAT examination but the candidates are admitted based on merit policy of the entrance examination. The cost of acquiring an MBA at ICFAI University Tripura can be stated to be moderate by all standards. Tuition Fee for the entire two years MBA programme is about Rs. 240,000/- only. Over all ICFAI University Tripura is quite reasonable to go for B.Tech. You are welcome to find our structured and approved 4-year B.Tech programme in different fields including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. However, I got to know that although this university has a fairly decent placement rate, only 60-70% students are placed every year. Students are offered an average salary of INR 3-4 Lacs per annum as their initial working wage. IIIT Agartala considers JEE Main score for admission to BTech course. JEE Main is one of the competitive exams of India. So, the first hurdle that student faces is to qualify JEE Main with a good score. A thorough preparation can get student a good rank in the exam. IIIT Agartala cutoff is less competitive compared to other IIITs, IITs or NITs. In 2024, the closing rank for General-All India category was 60238. However, the cutoff changes every year. The eligible candidates can apply for IIT Agartala admissions through the online application process. The admission process requires minimum aggregate of 75% in Class 12 along with JEE Main results. To apply for the candidature, candidates must visit the official page and fill out the applciation form a asked. Before filling the IIIT Agartala application form, candidates must have valid JEE Main results and JoSaa and CSAB IDs. The counselling process will be conducted through JoSaa and CSAB.
