 NIT Agartala hostels in the college try to accommodate 3,000+ boys and 500+ girls. To take care of the students' health, there is a medical unit available in the campus. NIT Agartala approval details are not yet released. NIT Agartala has 13 departments under it. Agartala NIT offers UG, PG, & PhD programmes to students. These courses are given across the Management, Engineering,  and various other streams. Tripura Engineering College was converted to the NIT Agartala by the Government of India.
