Dear Virat,
You can get a job in NZ if you are present there onshore, otherwise, an employer will not take the trouble of getting you a visa unless you are that qualified and experienced that they need you. The other way is you go there as a student and after completing your course you will get a post-study work visa which will allow you to look for a job and work there.

Hello dear, besides 97 plus percentile in cat, u need to have a decent academic record from class 10th to the last academic degree. For gd/pi round u need to have a good communication skill, analytical ability, decision making power, self knowledge and convincing quality. Work experience will be an extra advantage. All the best. Hi Saurav! The job profile varies, as IIFM provides varied knowledge. Like,job profile in development sector is programme manager ,in micro-finance is area manager. In banking sector, job profiles are deputy manager, assistant product manager, sales manager.
