Both are equally good. You can opt for either of them according to your interest. Just ensure to give your best in them because IIM A prefers students with good academic records.

In 2015 highest salary package offered in NID was Rs. 75,00,000/annum and lowest can be anything.

You have to clear 12th boards and the NID entrance exam.

Since you have completed a 3-year degree in 5 years, I am assuming you have not-that-great academics. If that's the case then getting admission to IIM-A will be difficult even after getting a high percentile as IIM-A gives substantial weightage to academics.
