CFA (ICFAI) program is not recognized by CFA (USA). As it is stated by ICFAI, there is no disputes over CFA chartered. But, CFA in India is being offered by ICFAI. This program may be considered as Indian CFA.

The candidate should have a good percentile, i.e. around 99 percentile. You must have a good academic score. Also, you must prepare yourself well for GD/PI if you get a call. If you are confident and honest then IIM-A is waiting for you.
If you are working then you have another feather on your cap, i.e. you work experience. So, boost up yourself and prepare well.

You will get admission in IIMS with given top score in the GMAT. Yes, they do offer admission through GMAT scores.

In terms of placements, Shanti B-school is better than St. Kabir. The placement depends on your own career eligibility, academic performance and communication ability. You can improve that as well, then placement is not going to be a problem for you.

It depends on the college you are going to choose. All the colleges have different criteria and some private colleges give direct admission, but CMAT is compulsory for the same.

Most IIMs offer courses like post graduate Diploma in management in streams like finance, human resources and HR. Some top institutes offer specialized MBA in operations and international business.

According to me, MICA is one of the best B-School to aim for. If you are good and interested in branding strategies and communication skills, MICA is the place to go.
