You have a good chance of receiving VGEC Computer Engineering in further rounds if you received VGEC IT in the mock round and your merit rank is 2310, whereas the cutoff for Computer Engineering was 2416 last year.
Why Would You Get It?

The payment system for the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) course in H.L. College of Commerce (HLCC), Ahmedabad, is different per semester and for both boys and girls. For the first semester, boys must pay INR 1,350, and girls must pay INR 750. The cost of the rest of the semesters usually stands at between INR 1,220 and INR 1,461 for boys and INR 620 and INR 861 for girls. Also, Computer as a Subsidiary Subject students have to pay an additional INR 350 per semester for the first two semesters. The fees are liable to be revised, so it's better to check the college or visit their website to get the updated information.

Given AIR 63 in NID DAT Prelims and AIR 300 in Mains for the category of Open General, you can expect a relatively good chance to get into NID. Even though NID cutoffs tend to change on a yearly basis depending on available seats and candidate numbers, it is a comparatively good position considering a rank of 63 for Prelims and 300 for Mains. You may be suitable for admission in one of the NID campuses, particularly if you fare well in the counseling process. Yes, IIT Gandhinagar MA admission takes place through the merit secured in last qualifying exam of graduation. Candidates applying for admission into the programme do not need to apply for any entrance exam. If a candidate has a minimum aggregate of 55% in graduation they are eligible for admission at the university. Therefore, if candidates want to apply for admission they can apply for admission at the university without any entrance exam.
