The National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, is well known for its design courses. It does not offer architecture courses like a Bachelor's in architecture or a master's in architecture. Instead, it offers Bachelor of design and master of design courses. It offers B. Des in eight specializations and M.Des in seven specializations. There is, however, one course, Furniture and Interior Design, that is available at both the master's and Bachelor's levels.
