DSNLU offers one-year LLM course spread across two semesters. The university offers LLM in various specialisations such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Security Law and IPR and Technology Law. Aspirants who have completed LLB or five-year integrated LLB course can apply for any of the LLM specialisations.

DSNLU has an intake of 60 in LLM programme. There are nine extra seats for students. Candidates with a valid score in CLAT are offered seat in the course. Out of the total intake, there are 15% seats reserved for SC, 10% for EWS and 6% for ST category candidates. Once aspirants are allotted seat in the university, they need to pay a course fee to confirm their admission.

Yes, DSNLU accepts CLAT score for admission to BA LLB (Hons) course. As per the DSNLU cutoff 2024, the closing rank for BA LLB (Hons) Round-1 and last round was 1233 and 1390, respectively. The rank improved from 2080 in 2023 to 1390 in 2024. Candidates must score well in CLAT to get a seat in the university. One must also fulfil the eligibility criteria for BA LLB (Hons) for admission.

Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Andhra Pradesh has a total of 120 seats in BA LLB (Hons) course. Besides, there are 18 extra seats available for students. Out of the total intake, university reserves some seats for reserved category candidates. 50% of the seats are filled as per the rules of Andhra Pradesh state and 40% are allotted on All India Basis. Besides, the remaining 10% of the seats are allotted to foreign citizens, Non-Resident Indians or Non-Resident Indians Sponsored.
