The admission will be based on the candidate's performance in the V-SAT/ EAMCET. Vignan University BPharm admission is entirely entrance-based for the academic year 2024. The admission will be based on the candidate's performance in the V-SAT/ EAMCET. Candidates born on or after Jul 1, 2005 and have passed intermediate or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% aggregate are eligible to appear for the admission test.

Candidates who get admission to the BPharm programme offered at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology and Research are required to pay the tuition fees of INR 11.20 Lakh. However, candidates are also required to pay one-time fees of INR 20,000 and, hostel fees of INR 3.85 Lacs as asked by the University during the course of the programme.
