If I may say so your ranking at about 49,000 in the entrance exam conducted by the state of Andhra Pradesh is a bit on the lower side. In addition almost every student gives CSE branch as his first choice. As a result of this the cutoffs for this branch for very very stiff across all the colleges offering this branch.
