No, the Queensland Institute of Business and Technology is not cheaper than Edith Cowan College mainly because of the differing costs of tuition and living expenses. On comparing the two, we come to the following conclusion:

There is no Application fee for La Trobe University as the university eliminated the fee exclusively for Undergraduates.
