Yes, as an international student at WSU, Sydney City Campus, one will be automatically considered for an international scholarship. A separate application is not required. Scholarships are offered on the basis of merit. Some of the scholarships that are offered are:

  • Vice Chancellor’s Academic Excellence UG / PG Scholarships: Covers 50% of the cost of the tuition fees for 3 or 2 years
  • Western Sydney International Scholarships: For UG / PG International students: Offers a AUD 6,000 multi-year or AUD 3,000 multi-year partial scholarship to be applied towards tuition fees up to a maximum of 3 years or 2 years

Western Sydney University Sydney City Campus values academic excellence, integrity and pursuit of knowledge and the university offers a wide range of UG and PG programs. Furthermore international students have scholarship opportunities as per the academic merit. Multi year scholarships are offered for the amount AUD 3,000 or AUD 6,000 or 50% towards the tuition fees. According to unofficial sources, Western Sydney University acceptance rate is 30%. Looking at the university’s acceptance rate, it can be said that the university is quite competitive at the time of granting admissions.
