Once Indian students submit the application to Monash University, an assessment of the application takes usually 1 to 3 weeks. If successful, students are going to receive a conditional or full offer via email. However, if the university is not able to make the offer immediately, then students may receive a conditional offer. Monash University needs final results, the results of an English exam, or transcripts to send a full offer to students.

Monash University application fee for international students is AUD 100. While applying, students are required to attach proof of payment as well. The documents that have to be uploaded with the application could include:
- Secondary school results certificate
- Official academic record / transcript
