Yes, Melbourne Institute of Technology allows international students to have jobs while they're studying. You can work up to 40 hours every two weeks when your courses are in session, and full-time during breaks.
Rules for Your Work Visa:
- Finish your course within the time specified in your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
- Keep your grades up according to MIT's Academic Progress Policy.
- Stay at MIT for at least six months unless they say you can go to another school.
- Make sure you have Overseas Student Health Cover for your whole stay in Australia.
Remember: Check the work conditions on your study visa and ask your department for advice. Alw
